Meet Tony
A former Royal Navy radio operator serving on various warships including HMS Invincible the aircraft carrier. On leaving Tony spent time working for both Durham and Northumbria police respectively and was also employed with Newcastle City Council in a customer services role for 10 years.
He qualified as a driving instructor working with 'pass and go' owning his own franchise but has since moved on to found Chester le Street Driver Training, where he can focus on providing his excellent blend of driving skills with his caring and safety conscious manner.
Tony has an excellent pass rate and is rated with 5 stars by all of his previous students. Why not find out more by spending some time in the car with Tony as you learn to drive with a great guy. Most recently Tony was assessed by the DVSA and given the prestigious Grade A as an instructor.

Firstly the instructors know the area well, know the test routes, some schools have their instructors driving all over Tyne and Wear for clients and working in areas they are not familiar with.
With larger driving schools you become more of a number, we prefer the personal touch and building relationships with our pupils, this way you'll get a fixed instructor and can become comfortable with their methods and vehicle as you progress.
